Four people in North Carolina have been charged in connection to a January murder of a man, according to authorities.

35-year-old Daniel Gene Autry, 30-year-old James Todd Harrelson, 35-year-old Jessica Lynne Sloan and 21-year-old Tanner Scott Harrelson have been charged in the murder of Jerry Edward Martin.

The charges were served on Tuesday, March 28. They’re being held at the county jail with no bond set.

Martin was found deceased in his home earlier this year on Jan. 23. After Following the completion of an autopsy by the North Carolina Medical Examiner’s Office in Raleigh, it was concluded that Martin’s death was caused by wounds caused by being shot.

Autry was charged with first-degree murder, discharge a weapon into occupied property, felony conspiracy and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Sloan was charged with first-degree murder, discharge a weapon into occupied property and felony conspiracy.

James Harrelson was charged with first-degree murder, discharge a weapon into occupied property, felony conspiracy and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Tanner Harrelson was charged with first-degree murder, discharge a weapon into occupied property and felony conspiracy.

Autry was arrested on drug-related charges on February 14 after a vehicle stop. Autry was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of keeping/selling controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed weapon. Sloan was cited for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed weapon in that case.
