A 34-year-old Texas woman who died from her injuries after a shooting at a San Antonio gas station has been identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner.
Deanna Mason died from her injuries on Sunday, the ME said.
The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. Saturday at a Valero gas station in the 900 block of W Hildebrand Avenue.
When officers arrived, they found Mason shot in the head and chest.
After further investigation, police said Mason and the suspect arrived at the gas station in the same vehicle before the shooting happened.
Mason was taken to the hospital in critical condition where she died.
Police said the suspect left the scene before officers arrived and is still on the run.
