2-month-old Antoine Flemons father, Antoine Petty, punched the baby repeatedly in the torso to stop him from crying September 21, 2016.
When the infant started crying and Petty’s wife couldn’t calm him, Petty took him outside and punched him several times. The infant showed signs of distress and later died.
Both parents kept their son’s body in their 1998 Lincoln Town Car hearse for more than a day. Then they buried his body in a shallow grave in the woods behind Parkdale High School in Riverdale, Maryland.

The child’s death a was secret for more than three weeks before his grandmother reported him missing. Police say the baby was found dead after the parents led detectives to the area on October 19, 2016.
Geneice Petty pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and was sentenced to 6 years in prison on August 17, 2017.
Antoine Petty pleaded guilty to murder on August 2, 2017. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
