A deadly shooting that occurred after an argument leaves a mother of nine dead in Shreveport, Louisiana.
At 8:05pm Sunday, Shreveport Police Department received a call for multiple shots fired in the Masonic Lodge parking lot on Hearne Ave.
Upon arrival SPD located a 30-year-old Jalecia Jennings suffering from a gunshot wound to her chest and leg. She was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
Jalecia was a mother of 9.
Police say a fight between two women escalated and a family member got involved. Allegedly a boyfriend of one of the women pulled out a gun and shot and killed the victim, according to the Shreveport Police Department’s major incident report.
According to Shreveport police, they have not made an arrest in the case.
Other EMS unit was dispatched to help with another person on scene that had a seizure.
