A 15-year-old boy was wearing a GPS-enabled ankle monitoring bracelet when he kidnapped, raped and robbed a woman at gunpoint in St. Louis County, Missouri in September, according to charges filed Tuesday.

Antoine Dillon, of the 2200 block of Heritage Drive in unincorporated north St. Louis County, was certified Tuesday as an adult in St. Louis County Circuit Court on charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree rape, first-degree robbery, first-degree sodomy and four counts of armed criminal action.

Charges say at about 11 p.m. on Sept. 29 Dillon held a woman at gunpoint as she was entering her home in St. Louis County, then forced her to drive her vehicle to a location where he raped her at gunpoint.

Police said in court documents that Dillon and the victim, a woman in her 30s, were “complete strangers.”

Charges say he then forced her to withdraw $500 from her bank and give it to him, and then forced her to drive somewhere else for oral sex.

“The victim’s allegations are corroborated by the fact that the defendant was wearing a monitoring bracelet which puts defendant at the locations described by the victim,” officer Michael Ronzio said in a probable-cause statement.

It was not clear why Dillon was wearing an ankle bracelet. Court documents do not give the locations of the alleged crimes.

DNA test results also back up the woman’s allegations against Dillon, who had something belonging to her when he was arrested Monday, charges say.

Dillon told investigators he had consensual sex with the woman.

A judge set Dillon’s bail at $200,000. Court records did not list a lawyer for Dillon.
