A 20-year-old man is in custody for the July 7 murder of his teenage brother in Macon, Georgia.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office states that US Marshals arrested 20-year-old James Lee Card around 2 a.m. Wednesday.

They said officers found Card hiding in a closet at a home on Hillyer Avenue. He was wanted for the murder of 19-year-old Marquez Card.

Investigators state that James Card is accused of shooting and killing his brother Marquez after an argument. Marquez Card was shot multiple times on Dewey St. and later died at the hospital.

Card is being held without bond in the Bibb County Jail for two counts of aggravated assault and murder.
