A 29-year-old Union County man was found fatally shot Wednesday night in a Linden, New Jersey parking lot, authorities said.
Grady Jilus, of Linden, was found about 8:45 p.m. when police responded to an emergency in the 600 block of Morningside Avenue, according to Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel and Linden Police Chief David Hart.

Jilus was pronounced dead a short time later, Daniel and Hart said in a joint statement.
