On January 10, 2017, Felix Shirley offered 27-year-old Misha Moore $8 to have sex with him. However, Misha told him that wasn’t enough. So, Shirley stomped her then shot her death.

Shirley had just ended his shift at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. That’s when he met Misha. Misha approached him and offered him sex in exchange for money.

They both walked toward Underground Atlanta, where Shirley gave Misha $8 as payment.

As they approached a subway station, she offered him sex for money, but when he tried to give her just $8, she told him “it was not enough,” which sent him into a rage. Shirley then threw her against a wall and when she fell to the ground, he began kicking and stomping on her.

He then pulled out a .22 caliber revolver and fatally shot her in the face and neck.

Her body was later found at the bottom of a stairwell by two Underground Atlanta employees. She had a purse, but no wallet or identification.

The killing was captured by a subway surveillance camera and police quickly circulated images of Shirley. He was captured about three weeks later. They said they were able to track him to a store in Little Five Points with the victim.

The murder was captured on Underground Atlanta’s surveillance video. Misha’s body was eventually found lying at the bottom of a stairwell by two Underground Atlanta Mall security officers.

Felix Shirley was convicted and sentenced to life in prison, plus five years on March 3, 2018.
