Police have arrested a suspect wanted in an April 28 shooting at a shopping center that occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

At approximately 3:56 p.m. on April 28, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said two men were in a fight at the CVS located at 4800 West Charleston Blvd. when another person drove up in a car. An argument ensued and the man in the car got out, gunning down the victim.

Responding personnel discovered a male in the road suffering from several gunshot wounds. He was transported to UMC Trauma where he later died.

Investigators believe there was a verbal altercation between the victim and the suspect who was later apprehended and identified as 38-year-old Jonathan Bolton. Bolton chased the victim into the street, shot him and then fled in an older sedan.

Bolton was taken into custody in Jean and transported to the Clark County Detention Center where he was booked on murder charges.
