On June 4, 2022 at 1:14 a.m., 19-year-old Matayah Haynes was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. She was found under the 95 overpass in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Authorities saw she was pregnant and rushed her to the hospital in an attempt to save them both. She was 34 weeks pregnant. Matayah was pronounced deceased at 1:56 a.m., however, the doctors were able to save the baby.
The family refer to the baby as “Baby Haynes.”
Unfortunately, on July 5, 2022, Baby Haynes passed away.

It’s reported that the suspect(s) was in a dark colored Camaro or Charger and he was seen heading toward Aramingo Avenue.
