An 18-year-old Georgia woman is dead in Macon after being shot while driving Friday night.
The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says their deputies were called to the Circle K on Thomaston Road around 11:30 p.m.
Deputies say 18-year-old Jamaya B. Warner was driving on Dellwood Court near Dellwood Drive when someone fire shots at the car. They say Warner was shot and that she and a 21-year-old passenger drove to the Circle K.
The Coroner’s office said Warner died in the parking lot of the gas station. Her passenger was not hurt.
