The Raleigh Police Department in North Carolina said a man has been arrested after shooting and killing a woman on Friday night.
On Friday just after 10:50 PM, Police responded to a report of a person shot in the 900 block of Skinner Drive.
Upon arrival, officers found 35-year-old Jamica Ann Hinton suffering from a gunshot wound. Hinton was taken to the hospital where she later died from her injuries.
Saturday, police identified 34-year-old Antonio Tobias Greene as a suspect. Police said Greene was arrested Saturday, transported to the Wake County Detention Center and charged with murder.
The circumstances around the shooting, and what connection, if any, Greene has to Hinton is unknown at this time.
