A Louisiana man was shot and killed in late Sunday has been identified by the Caddo Parish Coroner’s office.
19-year-old Jeremiah Kelly was found suffering from several gunshot wounds at about 6:10 p.m. at the Villa Norte Apartments in the 1600 block of Fullerton Street.
Kelly was shot once in his chest and once in his abdomen, according to a report.
Kelly was transported to Ochsner LSU Health hospital where he succumbed to his wounds at 7:06 p.m.
His death remains under investigation by the Shreveport Police Department.
An autopsy was ordered.
