Two California men were shot and killed at a shopping center in Fresno Sunday night have been identified.
Police say the victims are 41-year-old Felix Hawkins and 32-year-old Akili Moffett.
Hawkins is the son of former Fresno City Councilmember Cynthia Sterling, who was in office from 2003-2011.
The shooting happened in front of a hookah lounge on Milburn and Herndon just before 11 pm Sunday.
Police say there was a private event at the hookah lounge with about 50-60 people when an argument started outside, leading to gunshots.
Hawkins was found outside with several gunshot wounds and died at the scene.
Moffett was taken to Community Regional Medical Center, where he died.
Detectives are in the process of interviewing witnesses and looking for surveillance video as they try to identify the shooters.
A source told Illicit Deeds that Hawkins shot Moffett in the stomach. Shortly after, an unknown shooter then shot Hawkins.
Moffett was a bouncer at the club.
Anyone with more information is asked to contact the Fresno Police Department.
