The Tulsa Police Department in Oklahoma arrested a man for allegedly shooting and killing his father on Sunday, according to authorities.
According to court records, witnesses say that on Sunday, 37-year-old Ismeal King and his son, Raterrius King, got into a heated argument on the phone and that Ismeal King went to the apartment on Garnett. Ismeal King was shot inside his car.
Ismeal King initially survived the shooting, but died at a hospital the next day as a result of his wounds.
Investigators say Raterrius denied being at the scene, but they state in the court records they found evidence, including shell casings, tying Raterrius to the crime.
Tulsa’s Fugitive Squad arrested Raterrius Wednesday evening after he turned himself in.
He is being held on a $1,000,000 bond.
