A man and woman were found shot to death in their Florida apartment Wednesday morning, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to a call at 10:13 a.m. regarding a man with a gun at the Residence at West Place Apartments on the 700 block of Sherwood Terrace Drive in Orlando.
In an unsigned email, the Sheriff’s Office said deputies received another call while on route letting responders know that a gun had gone off and that additional shots were heard when deputies arrived to the scene.
When they arrived, deputies found a woman with gunshot wounds and a man who appeared to have a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the OCSO.
Both were transported to the hospital where they later died from their injuries.
The Sheriff’s Office said there was a third bystander inside their apartment who was grazed by one of the suspect’s bullets and was treated on scene.
Investigators are not looking for any other suspects.
