A 25-year-old Alabama woman was arrested early Sunday morning for allegedly shooting a man to death at a residence in Bon Secour, according to reports.

Tahjaneka Christina Armstrong is charged with Capital Murder.

According to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to the residence regarding a shooting on Friday, September 15.

After arriving on scene, investigators say they located a 30-year-old black male deceased with multiple gunshot wounds inside the home.

According to the sheriff’s office, during the investigation, Armstrong developed as a suspect in the homicide and was wanted for questioning.

Deputies say Armstrong was located and taken into custody Saturday. She was then arrested for an unrelated warrant with the Foley Police Department.

Baldwin County Jail records show Armstrong was officially booked into the jail Sunday morning — facing homicide charges. She’s also being held without bond.

At this time, no further information has been released as this is an ongoing homicide investigation.
