According to police, a meetup arranged through an online dating app turned sour after a woman says she was raped and robbed at a Louisville, Kentucky Golf Course.

According to arrest reports, the alleged assault took place Saturday night at the Sun Valley Golf Course near Dixie Highway.

Police say the woman met 31-year-old D’andre Grundy through an online dating app, and the pair agreed to a date at the golf course.

After walking around the golf course for a while, Grundy stopped and told the woman to take off her pants.

After she refused, he pushed her and told her he had something “in his back pocket,” implying it was some sort of weapon.

The woman told police she stopped fighting, Grundy then put his hand over her mouth then proceeded to rape and sodomize her, according to the arrest report.

Afterward, Grundy punched her in the face, before taking her phone and her car keys. He ran to the parking lot and stole her car.

Following the incident, the woman was able to find a nearby neighbor and notify the police. She was transported to University Hospital.

Officers spotted Grundy driving the victim’s Chevy Cruze on Thursday, which had been reported stolen. When police stopped and confronted him, he told police that he knew the woman and that he’d gotten the car from her.

Grundy was arrested and charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, and auto theft. He is currently being held in Louisville Metro Corrections.
