A woman was shot Saturday morning in north St. Louis County after a domestic dispute with her husband, police said.

County police were called just after 8 a.m. to the 2100 block of Old Manor Road in St. Louis County, Missouri, near Dellwood. They found 27-year-old Charlisa Turner suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

Charlisa was pronounced dead at a hospital. Officers released her name on Sunday morning.

Charlisa was outside of the home when she was shot during an altercation with her husband. The suspect has been identified as her husband, Chris Turner. Turner has been on the run since.

They have not yet arrested the suspect. No other details has been released.
