The Florida man accused of killing a 15-year-old boy and another man in Greenacres told investigators he planned to kill a third, but ran out of bullets.

47-year-old William Vazquez is accused of gunning down 20-year-old Marcos Cordova and 15-year-old Luis Rodriguez at a home along Fleming Avenue early Thursday morning.

Vazquez refused to appear in court Friday morning.

According to the arrest report, deputies found the bodies of Cordova and Rodriguez in a bedroom.  Deputies found Vazquez in the parking lot smoking a cigarette.  When asked about the murders, he replied, “They’re f—–g dead.”

A number of names are redacted from the arrest report, but the shooting stemmed from a dispute that began around 1 a.m. when someone came home yelling and screaming.  At one point, Vazquez said he tried restraining himself while listening to the conversation until someone screamed and started crying.  Vazquez confronted a male individual who said he planned to stab Vazquez with a ninja sword.  Someone then punched Vazquez in the back of the head.  Two individuals retreated to a bedroom.  Meanwhile, deputies said Vazquez went to his room and grabbed a 9 mm handgun.  He went back to the other bedroom and started to fire through the closed door.  He told deputies he entered the room to “finish them off” and emptied the magazine.

According to the arrest report, Vazquez said he planned to murder a female at the home, but she ran out of the house.  He also said he didn’t have any more bullets.

Court records show deputies arrested Vazquez in July 2013 for battery on a law enforcement officer and simple battery.  Deputies responded to a multi-car crash at S. Congress and 6th Avenue in Lake Worth where they found Vazquez yelling at another driver.

Authorities said Vazquez kicked a deputy in the knee. Deputies used a Taser to eventually get Vazquez, who stood 6-foot-2-inches tall and 245 pounds, into handcuffs.
