Two brothers are in custody for allegedly delivering fatal injuries to a man during a beating in Nevada last month, according to arresting documents.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police say Adam and Daniel Deeg were arrested on suspicion of murder for allegedly killing Eugene Grinnell.
Grinnell was found unconscious after he was stomped and beaten on Dec. 26 near Washington Avenue and Pecos Road, witnesses stated. According to a report, a dispute of some sort broke out before the brutal attack.
After a two-day stay at a nearby hospital, medical personnel notified police that Grinnell was pronounced dead. An autopsy determined he died from blunt trauma to the head and his death has been ruled a homicide.
