A Kentucky man is being held on charges in connection with a Louisville house fire that killed a woman and two-year-old girl in February, according to authorities.

Kentrell Queen is facing charges of murder and arson for the fire happened in the 900 block of Palatka Drive on February 14.

Louisville Fire Department crews arrived on the scene within three minutes of getting the call. When they arrived, they found 35-year-old Natacha Turner in the back of the home and 2-year-old Sapphire Attieh in the front.

Turner was pronounced dead on the scene and Attieh was taken to Norton Children’s Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. Turner had been watching Attieh and was not related to her.

Queen was arraigned Wednesday morning and is being held on a $500,000 bond. He’s set to appear in court next month.
