A Rhode Island man was arrested and charged in connection to a domestic-murder in Pawtucket on Monday, according to The Pawtucket Police Department.
According to police, they responded to an apartment at Prospect Heights for reports of a woman who reportedly fell or jumped from a second story apartment window.
The woman, identified as 59-year-old Patricia Fasan was taken to a hospital in critical condition. She was pronounced dead at the hospital later Monday.
Investigators determined the circumstances of the incident were suspicious including Fasan’s injuries.
Detectives said their suspect, identified as 63-year-old Guy Williams, was an ex-boyfriend and co-habitant with Fasan.
He was apprehended by police, arraigned and charged with domestic murder in the first degree on Tuesday in Sixth District Court in Providence.
No further information was immediately released.
