The mother and son in the Florida Home Depot murder have both been indicted for the charge of First-Degree Premeditated Murder, according to reports.

An Escambia County Grand Jury returned an indictment for Keith Agee and Sheila Agee on Tuesday.

Keith Agee was also indicted on two counts of Aggravated Battery.

According to Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Keith Agee shot and killed 18-year-old Brooklyn Sims as she worked in the Home Depot on Aug. 11.

Sims is the mother of Keith Agee’s 2-year-old daughter.

Deputies also say 50-year-old Sheila Agee — the mother of Keith Agee — helped coordinate the murder on the day of the killing.

Keith Agee and Sheila Agee are both being held without bond and are scheduled for arraignment on Friday.

The investigation is being handled by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and prosecuted by Assistant State Attorney Alvin “Trey” Myers.
